Job Title: Orchestra/Ensemble Manager (30 hours per week, CDI)

Organization: Kammerata Luxembourg (Non-Profit Association)

Location: Luxembourg, Home Office

Start Date: June or July 2025, to be agreed upon

About Us: Kammerata Luxembourg was founded in 1985 and has established itself as one of Luxembourg’s leading ensembles for innovative concert formats. Our focus is on 20th-century and contemporary music, which we present through creative concepts. We realize interdisciplinary projects, including productions specifically for children, and place special emphasis on performances outside the city of Luxembourg. With around 12 productions per year, we offer a diverse program and actively promote new compositions. Our small team consists of a manager (the position to be filled) and the board of directors, under the artistic leadership and presidency of Sandrine Cantoreggi. Together, we are passionately committed to the development of chamber music in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing concerts and projects
  • Administrative management of the ensemble
  • Budget management and financial planning
  • Fundraising and sponsorship activities
  • Maintaining and expanding national and international contacts
  • Public relations and marketing (including social media)
  • Coordination of rehearsals and performances

Your Profile:

  • Degree in cultural management, music management, or a comparable qualification is preferred
  • Professional experience in cultural or event management, ideally in the music sector
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish and German are an advantage
  • Affinity for classical music and an understanding of the specific requirements of an ensemble
