An athletic crossover between jazz and non-European musical traditions, centered on a wood-based pianistic preparation, Anaphora explores the power of the collective process of dreaming sounds and making dreams resonate.
With [Bloom], queer pianist Filippo Deorsola composes a hybrid free from both musical and gender categories – a colorful percussive and textural space where urban grooves reminiscent of techno intertwine with cyclical mechanisms and hypnotic melodies.
